Hi, I’m Laurie — a Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist helping people move without pain, restriction, or fear of injury.
My work is shaped primarily by experiences as much as study.
After multiple surgeries and serious injuries — knees, spine, head trauma and a hospitalised coma - I decided to learn how to repair my own body from the ground up. That process led me to train professionally in 2013 and dedicate my career to understanding how the body heals, adapts, and performs.
Sessions combine hands-on treatment, mobility work and practical guidance to improve posture, reduce pain and restore confident movement.

I Had a treatment for a problem with my shoulder and left incredibly satisfied. He did a very careful check up, starting from my posture to then treat the problem and of course gave me different excercises keep on working on it. I highly recommend him !!!
