About

Hi, I’m Laurie — a Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist helping people move without pain, restriction, or fear of injury.
My work is shaped primarily by experiences as much as study.
After multiple surgeries and serious injuries — knees, spine, head trauma and a hospitalised coma - I decided to learn how to repair my own body from the ground up. That process led me to train professionally in 2013 and dedicate my career to understanding how the body heals, adapts, and performs.
Sessions combine hands-on treatment, mobility work and practical guidance to improve posture, reduce pain and restore confident movement.

“As a surgeon, I highly recommend his treatments.”

I was referred by a friend after Laurie did a great job on his sports injury. Laurie has a vast depth of knowledge, he did a great job not just identifying the injury but the imbalance and root cause that led to it. Highly recommended

Laurie is awesome I've been suffering with chronic pain for years and finally feeling some progress. He looks at your pain and your symptoms holistically which makes a lot more sense than other practitioners I've been to who only treat one thing at a time, and you can still have other parts of your body untreated and triggering the pain again. He really cares and makes protocol that can realistically suit your life/capacity. Thanks Laurie!

Laurie at Prehab Lab was fantastic, I completed a 3 session package over the course of three days. It was really well structured with the first session focused on discovering and exploring my problem areas, a second session focused on fixing my postural and movement issues, and the third session to build this into a practical daily routine. I feel very confident that I now have a plan to sustain my improvement. Laurie is very knowledgeable and personable, I enjoyed how each of the sessions built on each other and there was an opportunity to test ideas and feedback at the next session. It’s a good way to make progress quickly.
